You’ll be great in this role if you:



• Bring experience in aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations
• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Have a strong background in developing training for both online and classroom delivery
• Are confident delivering training content within a regulated environment
• Communicate and present with clarity and confidence
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Possess sound knowledge of continuing airworthiness, aircraft maintenance, and relevant regulatory requirements
